Submit You Work

Please read these guidelines carefully before preparing and submitting your full and short papers. Make sure also to read presentation guidelines for your submission type.

Submissions should be clear, concise, and written in English (UK or US spelling is accepted, but consistency is required). References should follow the APA 7th edition style. All submissions will be subject to a double-blind review process. All submissions must be made through the EasyChair submission system by May 31, 2026.

Please refer to the DHA 2026 Submission Guide for information on how to prepare and submit your work. We hope you will submit your best work and join us at the DHA 2026 Conference as we strive to make healthcare scholarship a driving force for positive change in the world. All submissions will be subject to a double-blind review process.

The DHA 2026 Program Committee invites submissions across eight tracks aligned with the conference theme: “Human-Centered Healthcare Process Design and Human-Machine Collaboration”. DHA 2026 welcomes the following types of submissions:​

• Full Research Papers: 10-12 pages. Empirical or conceptual studies that offer significant contributions to digital health and medical analytics. It will be included in the conference proceeding. Only full paper could be submitted to the Special Issues.

• Short Papers: 2-4 pages. Emerging or preliminary research with promising insights. It will be included in the conference proceeding.

• Posters & Demonstrations: 1 page manuscript. Visual presentations of research or technology applications.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Poster and demonstration submissions are eligible for a 50% registration fee discount; however, they will not be included in the conference proceeding.

Submissions that do not follow the guidelines will be rejected without review.

• Language: All manuscripts must be in English language.

• Suggested Length: Comprehensive research papers must not exceed ten (10) single-spaced pages and short articles must not exceed four (4) single-spaced pages. The page limit includes everything – the cover page (which contains the title, abstract and keywords), all text, figures, tables, references, and appendices.

• Page Numbering: Please include page numbers in manuscripts submitted for review. Page numbers should be removed from the final, camera-ready version of accepted papers.

• File Format: Manuscripts submitted for review should be in the PDF format. Make sure that your manuscript is formatted as required by DHA 2026, by downloading and using the word file which could be used as a template.
